Breakout Session A2 - Amen Iseghohi
Thriving vs Surviving - Make the Right Choice
In this engaging, fun, and interactive session, participants will explore the powerful difference between thriving and merely surviving in their roles as educational leaders. Every school year here in Quebec brings unique challenges, pressures, and unexpected turns. However, Amen believes thriving is not simply a matter of circumstance, it is a MINDSET and a deliberate choice.
Through a blend of reflection, exciting movement-based activities, and collaborative discussion, participants will experience how and why a thriving mindset must be supported by aligned actions. Saying “I choose to thrive” is not enough; our choices must show up in how we lead, connect, and respond to challenges each day.
