Communicate with Impact: How We Speak, Listen, and Truly Connect
Led by longtime journalist and media and communications expert Tarah Schwartz, this interactive workshop is designed to strengthen one of our most vital leadership skills: communication. Through thoughtful discussion and practical exercises, participants will explore how to connect more meaningfully with others, express ideas with clarity and confidence, and understand the value of knowing your audience.
Whether communicating with parents, colleagues, staff or collaborators, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of their own personal communications style and cultivate the tools to communicate with greater intention and impact. At the heart of this workshop is a simple idea that great communication isn’t about saying more, it’s about saying what matters in a way that feels authentic and resonates with others.
