Biography
Dr. Cindy Hovington is a neuroscientist and the founder of Curious Neuron, a global platform dedicated to supporting parental well-being. Holding a doctorate in neuroscience from McGill University and postdoctoral training in education, she uses science-based tools to help parents reduce stress, build confidence, and navigate emotions effectively. Cindy is also the host of The Reflective Parenting Podcast, an award-winning and internationally recognized show ranked among the top parenting podcasts in several countries. With a community of over 160,000 followers on social media, she is a sought-after international keynote speaker and consultant on emotional health and development.
