Breakout Session B4 - Dr. Karl Moore
We are All Ambiverts now
In this breakout session Karl will present the ideas from his latest book, with law student Gabriele Hartshorne-Mehl, We are All Ambiverts Now. It came out from Francis & Taylor, London, in the Fall of 2025. This research has been presented and honed at Stanford, HBS, Oxford, Cambridge and IMD. His research on Ambiverts has been highlighted in The Economist, the Financial Times, the Globe and Mail, BBC and other international outlets.
The ideas are based on hundreds of interviews with senior leaders. Getting access to them is thru his weekly national radio program, “The CEO Series” an hour-long one-on-one with a CEO and his MBA CEO Insights course where 3 CEOs an evening in the Fall come to class to share their experiences.
In the session participants will learn about which they are, more of an introvert, ambivert or extrovert in order to increase their self awareness. But beyond the self they will also reflect on what their boss, colleagues and people who work for them are and how to more effectively work with people with different personality types. Their will be small group discussions to share your ideas and experiences with colleagues.
